Marnie, our dedicated Client Care Advisor, brings warmth, organisation, and an almost uncanny ability to remember every pet’s name (and their favourite treat). She ensures every client feels valued and every visit runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys attempting overly ambitious baking projects, curating an ever-growing collection of scented candles, getting lost in second-hand bookshops, and perfecting the art of the ultimate cosy night in.
