Daisy is one of the welcoming voices and faces at our practice. She takes pride in helping clients and their pets feet comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. When she's not working, self confessed Taylor Swift super-fan Daisy enjoys painting, Poetry and going on long walks with her Labrador, Max.
Client Care Manager

Darcie

As Client care Manager, Darcie is the friendly face that keeps the front of house running smoothly. Her excellent organisational skills ensure that appointments are handled efficiently, and clients are welcomed warmly. In her spare time, Darcie enjoys baking, spending time with her rescue Dogs (Bertie and Bambi) and is an avid reader of crime novels.

Luciano

Luciano is one of our dedicated veterinarians, known for his expertise and compassion in treating animals of all kinds. He thrives on solving complex cases and ensuring the best outcomes for his patients. In his downtime, Luciano enjoys playing the guitar and spending time outdoors with his two cats.

Ryan

Ryan is an integral part of our team as a Veterinary Nurse, offering hands-on care and support to the animals we treat. His dedication to animal well-being shines through in everything he does. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys socialising with friends and going to the gym.
General Manager

Luke

Luke keeps the entire practice on track, using his strong leadership and problem-solving skills to maintain efficiency across all departments. He takes pride in creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and clients. In his downtime, Luke enjoys badminton, cycling, and salsa dancing.
Practice Manager

Amy

Amy is the heart of the practice, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. With her exceptional management skills, she oversees the daily operations and supports the team to deliver the highest standard of care. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, volunteering at local animal shelters, and experimenting with new vegetarian recipes.
Clinical Director

Juan

Juan, our head Vet, is the driving force behind our clinical team, known for his exceptional leadership skills, care and dedication to every pet that walks through our doors. His vast experience and warm demeanor ensure that both pets and their owners feel at ease. Outside of work, a dab-hand in the kitchen, Juan is a devoted Manchester United fan, enjoys roller skating and is a black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu. His mix of expertise and fun-loving spirit brings a lively and welcoming energy to our practice

Sophie

Sophie is the welcoming presence at our practice, ensuring every pet and owner feels at home. As our Client Care Advisor, she excels in delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys riding her horse (Cookie), Pilates , and practicing her skills in Netball. Her unique hobbies and warm personality make her an irreplaceable part of our team.
Veterinary Care Assistant

Rebecca

Rebecca is a vital part of our team as a Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA), always ready to support both our vets and our patients. Her dedication ensures every pet gets the best care possible. When she's not at work, Rebecca enjoys rock climbing, knitting, and attending live music events. Her passion for animals and friendly demeanor make her an invaluable team member.

Ibrahim

Ibrahim, our skilled Veterinary Surgeon, brings exceptional skills, expertise and compassion to every patient he sees. His dedication and professionalism ensure that pets receive the best possible treatment. When he's not at the clinic, Ibrahim enjoys playing saxophone, exploring historical fiction novels, kayaking, and practicing yoga. His passion for animals and approachable nature make him an integral part of our team.

Sammy, our beloved Veterinary care assistant is valued for her compassionate support and dedication in assisting with all aspects of our practice. Outside of work, she loves working on DIY projects, visiting art galleries and exploring nature trails. Sammy's enthusiasm for animal welfare and her eagerness to grow make her an invaluable part of our team.

Kirsty, our dedicated VCA, brings unwavering compassion and commitment to every element of the practice. In her time off, she's fascinated by eco-sculpting with recycled materials, explores antique map restoration, experiments with perfume-making from rare mushrooms and learning about sustainable gardening. Her passion for animals paired with her quirky interests make her an indispensable part of our team
Client Care Advisor

Marnie

Marnie, our dedicated Client Care Advisor, brings warmth, organisation, and an almost uncanny ability to remember every pet's name (and their favourite treat). She ensures every client feels valued and every visit runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys attempting overly ambitious baking projects, curating an ever-growing collection of scented candles, getting lost in second-hand bookshops, and perfecting the art of the ultimate cosy night in. Her friendly nature and quirky charm make her an indispensable part of our team.
